aita? my ex and his new "thing" are pissed at me. content warning: talk of cannibalism

so the title is kindaa ya but ur gonna understand in a sec, this message contains elements that are disturbing and you should read at your own risk:
so i dated this guy, we'll call him O. ive known O since freshman year. i also struggle with dissociating depersonallization disorder. (i think they call it dpd?) and it affects my memory severely along with trauma. O had apparently told me years ago how he indulged in acts of autocannibalism. eating himself. he brought this up a lot this year, things i didnt remember but he said "ive told you already" - hes also made up complete lies that are physically disprovable: example, "i tried cutting my leg off and eating it because it went numb and then i had to be hospitalized." there is no scar tissue anywhere from that, and he wears EXTREMELY short shorts. he also has a provable skin condition with scarring, his body doesn't know when to stop forming scar tissue.
so i date him with my lacking memory and severely underestimating how bad his problem is. slowly, i found out ab this thing he does with partners called "donorships," where he literally has tools to take blood from his partners and consume it. he also hunts and kills animals.
he would pester me for blood (never gave him any), ask things and immensely lack morals, or be physically aggressive towards me.
someone in a friend trio with us, we'll call him C, ends up dating O after i feel unsafe enough to the point where i was thinking id have to change my whole identity. O literally wanted the rights to my corpse after i die.
C is like an anime schoolgirl having a crush on a guy when talking ab my ex. I can't fucking stand it. talking ab how they made out on the bus and shit. going on and on and on, "O this, O that," its insufferable.
I found out O knew my shit talking online ab him and C, and drama ensues. C finds out, C tries to get shit out of my friends, it's awful. C will not stop defending O and making me into the villain.
"he intentionally ignored O, knowing his trauma. he did this this and that knowingly. hes so toxic." when all i did "ignoring" O was play a prank where I wouldn't verbally reply to him all class. and he got physically aggressive. he would yell at me for the simplest things. he also asked me if i "would eat my pets when they die," and i was so horrified and disgusted at the thought i was loud and vocal ab it first and then shut down. i stopped talking for the rest of class. people are trying to make it sound like i always ignored him when that wasnt the case. they've all made me look like a villain when i literally was being manipulated constantly.
C just constantly was bashing me, making me into some horrible mental abuser. O made me feel so unsafe, he literally wants a netflix documentary made by him in the future.
am i the asshole for venting ab them, blocking them on everything, and ignoring them irl instead of talking to them ab it like they want me to?
